At Flots, we want you to find the perfect tool for your needs. If our application does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making the refund process simple and transparent.
1. Withdrawal Period & Guarantee
In accordance with European legislation, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. However, to allow you to test Flots with peace of mind, we apply a 14-day "Money-Back Guarantee" following the date of your first payment.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the service, you may request the cancellation of your subscription and a full refund within this period.
2. Purchases via App Stores (Apple & Google)
Important: If you subscribed to Flots directly from the mobile app (via Apple App Store or Google Play Store), your subscription management depends exclusively on these platforms. We technically do not have the authority to initiate these refunds ourselves.
- For Apple (iOS): You must request a refund directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
- For Google (Android): You can request a refund via your Google Play account in the "Payments & subscriptions" section.
3. Purchases via our Website
If you subscribed directly on our website (flots.app), we manage your billing directly.
To request a refund, please write to us via the contact form on the site, specifying:
- The email address associated with your Flots account.
- Your order or invoice number.
- (Optional) The reason for leaving.
4. Refund Processing
- Once validated, the refund is initiated immediately to the original payment method.
- Funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Access to Premium features ends at the time of the refund.
